We want you to love your home's new look, so if your wreath isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the wreath back in its original protective box to prevent damage to the delicate foliage or florals during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned wreath, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
